Reset your cable account password using below simple steps.
Reset Password Using App
1. Open RVR Digital app.
2. Enter the user ID and Click on forgot Password option.
3. Enter your registered Email ID.
4. After entering these details you will get an email with OTP from our end please enter the OTP here.
5. After Entering the OTP change to your desired password and login.
6. Login with your new password.
Reset Password Using web Portal
1. Open Customer Portal using this link.
2. Enter the user ID and Click on forgot Password option.
3. Enter your registered Email ID.
4. After entering these details you will get an email with OTP from our end please enter the OTP here.
5. After Entering the OTP change to your desired password and login.
6. Login with your new password.
